@calwhoric The uk system is backwards af. Like not the same but they also won’t diagnose you with adhd if you drink too much. However, increased risk of substance abuse is part of the disorder 🙄

Idk if I should only be counting my lw and hw from this height/adulthood? Cos like yeah my lw is 105 but I was like in my early teens and 5’3. Realistically my lw from adulthood is 110. Same with my hw of 143 tho its from when I was 13 and going through “recovery” (binging)

@minroscs Apples give me a really good awake feeling I’m not sure why tbh
