Anyone else think this is out of order. Purchase 1st class tickets through @LNER app, @LNER takes your money and books you onto @hulltrains however when you arrive at station and want to use the 1st class lounge @LNER it’s not allowed as you are on @hulltrains

@LNER That’s easy to say, I requested a particular train, so far as I can tell the app doesn’t give the information until booking completed. That’s not actually the point, if we’ve booked with you and you have our money it’s not too much to ask to be able to access your lounge. C
