@masgun2003 @WHOOP Yeah the @WHOOP customer support just got fully replaced and as a result, 10x worse. AI is great for initial answers but with no empathy of decision making ability, it can’t give the support it needs. Makes you want to go to competitors

@WHOOP charging £7.99 for 7-10 day postage and packaging is a stealth money grab - especially for a tiny and lightweight device. Then getting AI to respond to all of your customer support questions rather than real people frustrates the issue more. Really poor

@wesstreeting if you haven’t already, please read Black Box Thinking by @matthewsyed - one of the principle reasons for NHS failures in maternity treatment is a culture of passing the blame vs learning from mistakes and sharing th learnings. Change this and lives will be saved!

@DavidSacks This thesis is based on the idea that Putin was ready to negotiate. In the days before they attacked, they said they wouldn't attack, despite the huge build-up of troops on the border. See Hitler's invasion of Czechoslovakia for the playbook. He was always going to invade

2. Ability to label people as close connections to confirm you actually know them (<10% of connections typically)

@theallinpod what are your thoughts on @BillGates saying 7 years ago that if robots (I’ll include AI here too) replace humans, companies should still pay income tax? Is there not a risk that AI creates more inequality as companies with 10x less people generate outsized returns?

@HarryStebbings Whether is ANY chance we could have an ‘I really know this person’ / ‘close contact’ tag on contacts to save the millions of hours wasted asking people to introduce us to x, only to be told they have no idea who they are! I presume they will never do it but would add 10x value

@immad Drink a Berocca and / or hydralytes during your flight and post landing (helps with dehydration). If travelling east to west during the day, just stay up at the other end as long as you can. Take a panadol night (or alternate beans) at bedtime, or on flight if you want to sleep
