Ethereum has shown a 13% gain this year, which, while below Bitcoin's performance, still surpassed that of most other crypto assets.

Specifically, our Crypto Sectors Market Index (CSMI) — representing the asset class as a whole — is down about 1% on the year.

Excluding Ethereum, the Smart Contract Platforms Crypto Sector Index has declined by approximately 11%, indicating Ethereum’s meaningful outperformance within its sector.

Exposing the Truth: Standing Firm Against Fake Yescoin Scammers

Recently, we have witnessed many community members mistakenly joining the so-called "White Yescoin" project, believing it to be the official Yescoin due to their trust in us. Unfortunately, this has led to wasted time, lost points, and misled partners. Numerous KOLs and partners have also fallen victim, losing money due to their involvement with White Yescoin. Instead of focusing on developing a quality product, Fake Yescoin has chosen a path of deception, imitation, and malicious attacks. Today, we break our silence and expose the truth about these scammers who have been masquerading as Yescoin. What they are offering is not Yescoin, but a fraud—a fake entity engaging in unethical competition, trampling on the interests of our players.

The scam orchestrated by Fake Yescoin has been premeditated for some time; they are repeat offenders, and we are not their first victims—nor will we be the last. Fake Yescoin registered our trademark and logo in an obscure jurisdiction and has been using these to harass us and our partners, aiming to hinder our growth. Before impersonating Yescoin, Fake Yescoin had already faked @notcoin and @ton_blockchain , disrupting the ecosystem. It is difficult to see how such actions could bring any positive impact to our environment—clearly, they have not. A good project should bring long-term value to users and the ecosystem, and we welcome strong, legitimate projects to join us in building the industry. However, the malicious behavior of Fake Yescoin has made this impossible. They have harassed our partners, threatened our community moderators, intimidated our ambassadors, and even launched relentless DDOS attacks against us. This is not healthy competition, and we can no longer remain silent. This is not only irresponsible towards our loyal players and partners but also detrimental to the industry's growth. The situation is escalating and causing significant harm to our community.

Since our launch, we have been a positive force within the @ton_blockchain ecosystem, collaborating with and adding value to numerous projects, including @wcoin_io , @CatizenAI , @sphynx_meme , @SeedCombinator , @the_vertus , @thedotcoin , @BitgetWallet , @catgoldminer and many others.
Despite the ongoing public attacks and defamatory statements from the other Yescoin, we have consistently sought to resolve this matter amicably.

We are concerned that their continued public attacks and defamation could severely damage our reputation, harming not only us but also the broader community.
This situation is unjust and threatens to undermine all the positive contributions we have made.

As the original creators of Yescoin, we took the necessary step of filing the trademark. From the very first day we filed, we notified the other Yescoin of our actions.
It is important to highlight that no opposition to our trademark was filed within the deadline, which expired on July 12, 2024.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that the filing was not done in some obscure jurisdiction, but in one of the most reputable in the world the UK, recognized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The other Yescoin was aware of this from day one. We made multiple public posts, which garnered hundreds of thousands of views, clearly stating that we had filed the trademark.
Moreover, they themselves made a public post acknowledging that they were fully aware of the trademark filing.
At that moment, instead of merely making a post, they had the opportunity to file an opposition and secure the exclusive right to the name Yescoin.
They chose not to do so because they knew they couldn't win the opposition.

Given all this, they cannot justifiably complain now that we are seeking the exclusive right to use our own name.

That said, as the situation continues to escalate, we are now prepared to take legal action and do whatever is necessary to protect our community and our integrity.
