Landmark Decision for the redevelopment of Funnel Zone!

•Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde Ji announced a special concession scheme for the redevelopment of buildings in the Funnel Zone.
•According to this scheme, building owners will be provided TDR (Transferable Development Rights).
•Staircases, lifts and similar structures will be excluded from the FSI, and premium charges for open space shortfalls will be levied at a concessional rate.
•Indeed, a decision that will offer major relief for hundreds of buildings in Kurla, Santacruz and Vile Parle
