@RupertLowe10 I agree with all of this but what about gender clinics and people who have gender dysphoria who are adults? Can people still dress the way they want? Can they still get medical assistance without prejudice? Can we also have the return of male-only spaces?

@RupertLowe10 I ask this is good faith as someone who grew up with Christian beliefs but became more centre politics wise. Why do you want to repeal the Gender Recognition Act?

I'm not very familiar with law so I'd like to know what part(s) of it you find bad.

@Zyzy1585552 @MentisWave I think the correlation is wrong. I think older people, who are less tech savy, are more likely to believe facebook posts and older people are more likely to be conservative.

Whereas the left believe msm and headlines.

Both left and right see things biased towards them.

@Zyzy1585552 @MentisWave I don't think conservatives are any more wrong on any topic than anyone else; confirmation bias effects everyone and the left are very good at purposely misconstruing things as well and with progressivism the goalposts are always moving so it makes sense the right get annoyed.

@Zyzy1585552 @MentisWave I don't even think the conservatives are recessive at this point; I think they concede a certain amount to progressivism but always draw the line at a certain point to prevent things becoming a slippery slope. I guess they're sort of recessive in the way the pendulum is swinging.

@nyaraV2 Young people try to find their individuality which usually leads to trying to be alternative and with the current establishment being pro-LGBT and pro-women it's to be expected that they'd fight against that.

Also the constant push to demonise men/boys for the past 20 years...

@celestiumart From a religious perspective I don't think a lot of the gender stuff is any more destructive than other medical interventions but I do believe that it hasn't been looked into enough and there's been this weird push to just ignore risks and let anyone do whatever they want.

@celestiumart I don't personally agree with mutilating your body for gender dysphoria but I generally don't have an issue with the chemical side as long as they're informed of the risks. I also don't believe that anyone not of adult age should be allowed to transition.

It's a mix of nationalism, authoritarianism, removal of opposition, militarism, ideation of the past and priority of the nation over individual. Italy's fascism had no racial superiority elements in it until 1936.

I sometimes wonder if there is something fundamentally wrong with me. I consider being trans a mental illness, like many others, but I have no idea how to fix it and it makes me feel like I'm going insane.

It's amazing how I can get wasted but the chronic pain doesn't stop and I still can't be honest about being trans to my friends so they assume I'm just gay or whatever. Idk my mind is a ess while drunk... no one is here to judge me

It's quite hard to come to terms with gender dysphoria when the loudest and disruptive continue to push the limits of regular people and end up making it look so negative to them.

When I go to get help am I just going to be indoctrinated? Will I be offered help in good faith?

Not looking forward to letting my father know about my gender dysphoria next week. I don't believe he would react negatively but it's hard to expect someone to understand something that I don't really understand myself. Hopefully future therapy will help me a bit.
