@MarkusTheJames But if they haven’t had it or something like it and experience the gaslighting by the VA and doctors, in general, they don’t get it. You either roll over and die or figure it out yourself.

@MarkusTheJames I also have to follow a pretty strict diet to try to avoid the inflammation. Most doctors aren’t very helpful so it was basically trial and error, and a lot of out of pocket expense. I can share what I do, if you would like. It’s probably a little too much for most people.
