@allygd72 @Deliveroo @BBCWatchdog Taking my money and no food, when it was their app that caused the problem. The automated messaging service is pointless. I’ve never had this problem with @JustEatUK and @UberEats when there has been a problem, they rectified it straight away.

@wizzair I have spent £600 on tickets to Palma. 5 hour delay on the way out from Gatwick, currently 3 hour delay from Palma, with no sign of your staff or being able to contact you for an update. This is poor!

@BensonsForBeds absolutly poor customer service. Our Bed arrived a month ago, delivered late, and you also supplied us with the wrong mattress. I have been trying to get through to your customer services team for a month and no one answers the phone!
