Overly complicate processes. Instead or reducing or simplifying, the solutions include adding more complexity and layers. Just like their new fraud commissions and subsequent OIG hires. They had investigators with the authority and capacity to address it all along. But creating a new entity gives off the impression they've made things right, while washing their hands of culpability

Usually you'll end up with an at least 50% off, if not more, on your stay. Marriott vacation club for instance will often send out five night stays at one of their properties. I believe they're 299 or $399, and there's no taxes or parking fees. You just have to attend a two presentation. I did this last year for one of their Scottsdale properties. Room was nice and so were the amenities. It was definitely worth my time in their little office.
