The Dodgers didn’t magically become a $15B franchise overnight. There were years of failure, bad contracts, playoff disappointments and plenty of criticism along the way. They built the market, the fan base, the TV business and the revenue.
Now they’re reinvesting it.
Why should they apologize for spending what they built?
