I find it very hard to.understand how my partner can get scammed for over £600 and you guys take months to report and then decide your not going to do.anytjing about it but then also.block my partner after you send your DM so she can't reply.

@Etsy can you explain how someone can receive a message from Etsy requesting steps are made to activate an account, only to find out it was a scam and Etsy take no responsibility. Over £600 taken from an account.
