@joeymattingly @dremilyportermd This is likely covered. If the patient has Medicare, then part D won’t cover antiemetics for chemo. Part B should be billed. Ondansetron is more expensive to manage than to just pay for comm insurance, there is likely a miscommunication convoluted system.

The plan would be reimbursing the system. These are just ideas but we do want to find a way to tap into our community pharmacists...so much potential!

All arrangements that are mentioned on n this article are at the health system level. In theory, it would be an arrangement between the health system and a community pharmacy.
