What I do to look after my own wellbeing #4:

Some would argue I drink too much coffee - they’d definitely be right- (1/3)

...and I probably depend on it a little too much to wake up each morning. However, it also helps me have a mindful moment in the midst of an often busy day where I can pause, breathe, savour the taste, and then continue on with renewed calmness and focus. (2/3)

What I do to look after my own wellbeing #3:
B E I N G I N N A T U R E

The thing that consistently makes the biggest difference to my mood is being outside.

A large proportion of our days and weeks are spent inside, with physical and metaphorical constraints (1/6)

...I’ve made time to pop for a walk on the seafront before the long drive home (see the photo!)

It would've been easy to forego that, but it’s small pause moments like that which do us so much good and allow us to recharge. (5/6)

What do I do to look after my own wellbeing #2:
C A S T I N G A W A Y

I don’t play games often on my phone; I don’t even have a games console. Why? Because I get hooked easily.

However, I do think it’s good for us to have some form of distraction or escape... (1/5)

and beautiful visuals. All in all, it’s very relaxing and a great way to spend a few spare minutes - even better when paired with a camomile tea and Lotus Biscoff Spread on brioche rolls (don’t knock it til you’ve tried it!).
