Question...Does Campbell Smithwick have a base hit this year that wasn't HUGE? Or that didn't change a game in some way? It's like this dude has a "STAPLES" button that he pushes, and when he does that, it's go time. Today, he had the HUGE RBI base hit to get OSU on the board, and scoring that FIRST run is sometimes the hardest one to score. So, to get that out of the way was HUGE.

Then, that same run gave OSU the lead, and it went to the "the team that scores first" narrative. Then he had the HUGE sac fly, something he's done on more than one occasion to give OSU a 2-run lead right in front of the big hit from Brueggy.
