@Doc_Texas I think that’s the issue. We have too many teams and professional sports leagues all year round…. Most of these countries only have one team, the national soccer team, to root for every four years. And we’re not that into soccer like that.

This past Saturday we hosted the city managers of Bastrop, Elgin, and Smithville for our annual State of the Black Community in Bastrop County. They answered tough questions truthfully and transparently. Many elected officials joined as well including Bastrop Mayor and Elgin Mayor. #SOTBC
