Indigo, with its monopoly and scale, should too.
Instead, she refused, denied a manager request, and wouldn’t share her full name.

(6/9) We had no stay in Mumbai since delays were on Indigo’s end.
She bluntly said she “cannot help” and we “should’ve asked in Chennai.”
Zero empathy. Zero ownership. Zero solutions.

(5/9) While assisting us, she took a 10-min personal call as we stood at the counter with a long queue behind us.
When she hung up, she looked at us like she’d never seen us before.
This is your “customer service”?

(4/9) She confirmed seats were available but refused to put us on the flight because our bags were “already checked in.”
No policy cited. No explanation. Just:
“Main aapko aur bags ko different flights pe nahi bhej sakti.”

(3/9) In Mumbai, we saw a delayed 4:30 PM Nagpur flight with open seats. A chance to get home that day, or so we thought.
Then we encountered Shweta at the Indigo counter (T2).

(2/9) Our Chennai → BLR flight 6E6058 was delayed 2+ hrs, causing us to miss our Nagpur connection (6E5124).
No same-day options anywhere in India.
Geetha at Chennai (Gate 105) helped us get to Mumbai + a 6 AM flight to Nagpur for the following day.
