@KyleBJorrey A number of years ago Boyer did a similar thing in the San Fernado Valley. He posted signs on trailers without wheels on the City Streets. He fought the City and I believe he lost. Some things just don't change.

@FOXLA I think that each of these colleges sound open up some of their dorms to help with the homeless housing problem. They can also offer free or reduced counseling.

@KyleBJorrey You are right! Tues I got text from PSPS that the power in 91362 might go out and it didn't. Then got a Power Restored text. The next morning No Text and guess what No Power. They should use the circuit name not zip code.
