You can’t find someone in the DC political circles who doesn’t at least roll their eyes about their relationship - it’s weird and decidedly not unprecedented. Ossoff should just stay out of it.

@peterjhasson I think this is generally right. There’s no need for Ossoff to swim in the “insult end” of the pool. Be the guy who makes sense and acts like a grown up. Why open yourself up to the silly, disingenuous attacks from the right for something that’s no better than a quick laugh line?

@peterjhasson Yeah, I don't like this (and I like the PodSave guys). It cheapens the rest of their legitimate criticisms for an "issue" that has been proven to be irrelevant (at least in Trump's case).

@SighFieri Back in school I was dating a girl from the north shore of chicago. Went to a friends wedding in deep southern Illinois. A guy walks in in khakis and a white button down shirt (fine), sits in front of us and the white shirt had a HILFINGER logo on the back - shoulder to shoulder.

@alexstamos @peterjhasson Exempting or abating property taxes on data centers is nearly as foolish as opting them in the first place. The property taxexpense is immaterial on these deals. A tax exemption isn’t going to incentive a data center to move to a specific location, access to power is what will.
