@amazonvacations @BBCBreaking @EE were shocking with me! The switch team didn’t inform Virgin I was moving to them (which was confirmed ) and I ended up with a £400+ bill from Virgin as they were still charging me! Never had an issue with @virginmedia regretting the switch big time!!
