Follow Up Fulham Protest ✊

Thank you to the thousands of fans who turned out before the Fulham game. Your presence mattered. It showed that fan culture at this club is still alive and still prepared to stand up when it is directly attacked. This action gained national and worldwide media coverage.

Protests matter culturally and on an emotional level. They let the club and ownership know that we are watching. That we are not going away and that we are not fucking happy.

This protest was about ticket prices, access, atmosphere and supporter culture. It was about the systematic removal of ordinary fans so football can be sanitised, globalised and sold back to us at ever increasing prices. This is not accidental. It is a choice being made by those who see football as a product rather than a community.

Protests are not and never have been a silver bullet. They require dedication, commitment and an unyielding belief.

Old Trafford 🏟️
Old Trafford is our home. Not a commodity. Not a branding exercise. Not a development opportunity. It is the last physical link many supporters have to this club, alongside terrace traditions handed down through families and generations.

Ticketing & Fan Culture 🎟️
We will continue to stand for fan culture and for affordable football for this generation, the next generation and those yet to be born. Football without supporters is nothing.

Responsible Ownership ⚖️
We want responsible ownership. Let there be no ambiguity. Not the Glazers. Not INEOS. Neither represent responsibility, accountability or respect for Manchester United or its supporters. Protests have never been about results, managers or signings. They weren’t in 2005. They weren’t in 2010. They never have been since. We will support this club and this team no matter what happens on the pitch. That support is unconditional. Our opposition to ownership that harms the club is not.

To those who mock, to those who sneer and to those who laugh while doing fuck all, it says more about the type of person you are than anything else. To those who seem obsessed by us (probably bots or idiots) but have been blocked by our automation, seriously get a fucking life. To the too cool for school crowd distracted by a couple of decent results and thinking this doesn’t affect you, it will. Ask yourselves where this road leads.

You will not be laughing when tickets cost £100 to £150 per game. You will not be laughing when you are sat in a soulless bowl stripped of identity and filled with Americanised bollocks. You will not be laughing when families can’t be introduced to our club. Everything that once made our club and English football the envy of the world is being hollowed out for profit.

We do not do this for recognition. We monetise nothing. We gain nothing. There is no hidden agenda. This is purely about love for our club and for those who passed it on to us in the right way.

That is our only motivation.

Letter To @AndyBurnhamGM Mayor Of Manchester.

Dear Mayor Burnham,

I am writing to you not only as a football supporter, but as someone who believes deeply in Manchester’s identity, heritage, and future.

I urge you in the strongest possible terms to reject the regeneration application put forward by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the Glazer family. This proposal is not about the people of Manchester, nor about football, nor about genuine regeneration. It is about power, vanity, and profit at the expense of a historic institution that helped put this city on the global map.

For nearly 20 years, Manchester United has been systematically hollowed out by the Glazer family. Since their leveraged takeover in 2005, the club has been burdened with over £1 billion in debt, interest payments, fees, and dividends. While rival clubs invested in stadiums, training facilities, local jobs, and community infrastructure, Old Trafford was allowed to decay its roof leaking, facilities falling behind, and safety repeatedly questioned. This neglect was not accidental; it was the predictable outcome of an ownership model designed to extract wealth rather than build value.

During this period, the Glazers paid themselves hundreds of millions of pounds in dividends while the club’s competitiveness, reputation, and relationship with supporters steadily eroded. This is not regeneration. This is extraction.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS now present themselves as saviours, yet their actions raise serious concerns. This project increasingly appears to be a vanity-led redevelopment, using Manchester United’s cultural and emotional capital to secure planning permissions, public goodwill, and long-term commercial upside without clear guarantees that the club, its supporters, or the local community will truly benefit.

Manchester United is not a property asset.
It is not a branding exercise.
It is not a financial instrument.

It is a civic institution, woven into the social, cultural, and economic fabric of this city. The club’s name is synonymous with Manchester across every continent. To allow those who have demonstrably damaged it to now reshape large parts of our city in their own image would be a profound failure of stewardship.

You have long spoken about protecting Manchester from decisions imposed by distant elites who do not live with the consequences of their actions. This is one of those moments. Approving this project would reward two decades of mismanagement and signal that global financiers can exploit our greatest institutions, then return asking for civic approval when it suits them.

Regeneration must be done with the people of Manchester, not to them.
It must be rooted in transparency, accountability, and community ownershipnot debt, leverage, and legacy-polishing.

Manchester deserves better.
Manchester United deserves better.

I ask you to stand with supporters, residents, and future generations by rejecting this application and demanding a vision for regeneration that genuinely serves the city and protects its soul.

This statement was released today by a collaboration of online accounts. They’ve had enough of the Glazers, INEOS and the way the club treat fans and match going supporters. The inept running of the club and the shite we are served up every week whilst expecting us to pay more for the privilege.

These accounts have a combined reach of over 3 million United fans. They’ll be supporting the protest on the 1st Feb before Fulham.

Putting differences aside to get behind a coordinated, collaborative message that will be spread around the world to maximise impact before, during, and after the protest.

We hated them 20 years ago, we hate them now!

- Fans spending their last penny to get to the final.
- Fans taking time off work.
- Fans jumping through hoops to get to Bilbao.

The club and team don’t give a shit didn’t even come over.

👉Bullshit social media posts from our club. They don’t care about us, look at their actions. Do not believe them.
👉Rotten owners who only care about profit and dividends.
👉Sacking Gladys from the canteen but yet spend £500K for private jets for vacant and immoral owners on a vanity trip.

This Sunday we protest again. We need a cultural reset at all levels for us to move forward. That is the only way or nothing will ever change.

We have always said we will move to the next level if an action is supported. The 58 are 20 lads of all ages and all walks of life, NOT 75,000 in Old Trafford, remember that.

Until then we will work within what is pragmatic and achievable. Support what is being done not what is not being done. It’s that simple.

Wednesday night was a disgrace to our clubs heritage on so many levels, it is being stolen from us bit by bit.
