Thankful to all the coaches who reached out and showed love during my time in the transfer portal. Appreciate Stan State for the opportunity and helping me grow into the player I am today. With that being said, I’m committed to Idaho State an ready to make a big impact.
ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT 👏
Jason Cibull and Jordan Smith earned CSC Academic All-District honors, recognizing their excellence on the court and in the classroom.
Cibull earns the honor for the second time in his career after appearing in all 28 games, while Smith adds another academic accolade to his standout career.

CCAA HONORS 👏
Malachi Johnson has been named CCAA Freshman of the Year and earned All-CCAA Second Team honors after leading the Warriors in scoring and rebounding in his debut season.
Donjae Lindsey was selected as an All-CCAA Honorable Mention after averaging 12.0 points per game and shooting over 50 percent from the field.
Well deserved recognition for two Warriors who made their mark this season.

FINAL | Stan State 65, San Francisco State 56
The Warriors closed the regular season with a strong road win in San Francisco.
Antony Newman-Gomez led the way with 13 points and four assists, while Malachi Johnson and Jason Cibull each added 12 points. Donjae Lindsey chipped in nine points, and the Warriors knocked down nine three-pointers in the victory.
Stan State shot 64 percent in the first half and forced 19 points off turnovers to secure the CCAA win.

FINAL | Stan State 70, Cal Poly Pomona 53
The Warriors turned in a dominant CCAA road performance in Pomona.
Lloyd French poured in a career-high 19 points to lead Stan State, while Malachi Johnson added 14 points and eight rebounds and Antony Newman-Gomez chipped in 13 points.
The Warriors controlled the tempo and pulled away for the 17-point victory.

Stan State Athletics recognizes Austin Balentine, Malachi Johnson, Alexis Nino, Mila Real, Kian Sanchez, and Annie Wild as this week’s Donna Pierce Warriors of the Week after standout performances across baseball, men’s basketball, and track & field that highlighted an outstanding week for Warrior athletics.
Austin Balentine tossed six scoreless, hitless innings with no walks in a 5–0 season-opening win over Central Washington.
Malachi Johnson averaged 18.5 points and 7.0 rebounds while shooting 57.7% in a 2–0 road sweep, highlighted by 27 points at CSUMB.
Alexis Nino reset her own school record in the shot put (46-7¼), requalifying for NCAA indoors and ranking 17th nationally.
Mila Real broke a 22-year-old school record in the indoor 400 (55.88), provisionally qualifying for nationals and ranking 17th in the nation.
Kian Sanchez hit .900 (9-for-10) with five RBI in his Warrior debut, adding a perfect fielding weekend at first base.
Annie Wild provisionally qualified for NCAA indoors in the mile (4:41.94), which ranks fourth nationally, and added a 2:14.03 in the 800.

The Warriors earned a crucial CCAA road win in Seaside to keep their playoff hopes alive.
Malachi Johnson poured in a career-high 27 points to lead Stan State, while Tahjae Ordonio added 15 points and Donjae Lindsey finished with 11. Lloyd French chipped in 8 points and 7 rebounds, helping anchor the interior.
The victory also marked career win No. 200 for head coach Paul Trevor, as the Warriors dominated the paint with 58 points inside and closed strong down the stretch.

FINAL — Stan State 83, Cal State San Marcos 80 (OT)
The Warriors completed the series sweep with a gritty overtime road win in CCAA play.
Donjae Lindsey returned to the lineup and led Stan State with 18 points in his first game back, while Tahjae Ordonio added 15 and Lloyd French finished with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Anthony Newman-Gomez contributed his season-high 12 points, and Malik Johnson also added his own season-high 11 points, helping fuel the balanced effort.
Stan State totaled 48 points in the paint and battled through overtime to secure the victory.
