Since they couldn’t fix my problem, now they’re telling me they are deactivating my rider account out of nowhere. When I tried to figured out what happened, they ignored my messages. I feel it’s a lack of respect and unprofessionalism how they handled the situation. @Uber_Support

@Uber_Support I would like to make a complaint about the bad customer service at @uber_sv. I’ve been trying to get help with an account issue (Family Profile disappeared), but all I’ve been getting are generic answers that have nothing to do with this issue.
