@AskeBay I have a simple issue which has gone off the rails. eBay support agents have suggested I commit insurance/mail fraud and file a false police report which is absurd. Please tell me how to escalate this to the proper department that won’t send scripted responses. @eBay

You just gave the same scripted answer without knowing the issue. An agent did not properly credit my account and now I’m told it is ‘too late’. I’m a seller who has sold tens of thousands of dollars on eBay this year and can’t get simple support. Please provide a phone contact.
