This is the very best hardcore extraction shooter, period, but you will love it because it hates you. As soon as you don’t respect it, it kills you.

@SgtChartman @nikgeneburn Do some OFFLINE raids for a little while to learn a map or 2 a little bit, learn the controls, learn patience, learn to process disappointment (you WILL die a LOT, always, but especially starting out). Learn ammo, not guns.

@tarkovgvrl I tend to agree. People remember a game that was new to them more fondly than one they’ve played for 5-10k hours over a decade. 2018 Tarkov streaming content was more fun to watch, but the game is better now.
