I filed TDR at 21:38 on 21st April, depart was 22, 01:20, not travelled, why rejected?

@HDFC_Bank @skrill My credit card is being cancelled, for a transaction on skrill claiming it as a forex.

I used skrill to send and load the money in the wallet, not for any forex trading. Other banks allow the usage of skrill, and it's not illegal to use in India as per @RBI

@JioCare I have lost my jio sim, and I am unable to get a new sim from past 8 days. My sim is of UP East and Jio store owners in Delhi NCR say there is a shortage of sim card of other states. Worst experience.
