And yes, paying for an atty out of pocket is always an option, but not the best financially speaking.

Otherwise, we are writing informal albeit strongly worded demand ltrs. Them settling before being sued requires a total 180.

Atty work adds value to this part of claim, justifying the fee, and the client still gets $ in their pocket. In a case merely about med bills, the model doesnt work.

TBH, I’ve always been intrigued as to why health ins bad faith claims are not litigated at = volume. Reality is, there is absolutely more health ins bad faith. The answer is likely in my first comment.

@realEstateTrent I’m a lawyer in Colorado. All state bar associations have young lawyer divisions. I’d imagine state dental ass’n have the same. Sponsor an event. All the big sponsors want the shot callers at the top, so sponsoring is cheap and always needed.
