@askryanair I just made a booking and tried to redeem my gift voucher against the purchase, I pressed select after typing in the voucher code, it looked like the button was selected. But it's all been charged to my card. Could this be rectified please?

@onedrive why does my account keep maxing out on storage when I have deleted everything and do not have auto-sync on? Very difficult to manage my storage when it freezes the account, and also very difficult to get through to any customer service. I do not need/refuse to pay extra

@DPDgroup_news I ordered 2 items last Thurs for next day delivery, one came on the Friday, the other didn't. Tracking then said Saturday, still didn't turn up. Now it just says at your Southall depot, but no information if it's ever going to be delivered to me?

@johnlewishelp hi I ordered 2 items on Thurs & paid for next day delivery. One came on Fri, the other changed to saying it'd come today (Sat) but it's not here and says it's at the depot still. Guessing it won't come until Mon now? Which is disappointing considered I paid extra!

@IKEAUKSupport I recently bought a MALM chest of drawers, I've just come to put the the drawers together but I can't seem to find any of the runners/packet of screws etc. I only seem to have the panels. Tried requesting missing parts but there's too many, I need the whole packet!

@WHSmith hi I ordered two items recently (in the same transaction), one turned up yesterday, but the other is yet to arrive, I can't see it saying they'd come in separate packages anywhere but is that likely to be why the other item hasn't come yet?

@AskeBay I placed an order back in Feb. Seller told me they didn't have the item & refunded me, then ebay said refund couldn't be processed, no explanation why. Still not resolved, get sent round in circles in the help section, and no responses to any messages from the seller.

@HillsPet any update on the increased production of the wet pet foods you promised? Not sure why such a sudden increase in demand for the varying different prescription cat & dog foods that you can't keep up? Seems an odd coincidence there's so many that are still out of stock!

@HillsPet Is there a known issue though, to help us make sense? Feel it's been long enough to expect progress to have been made with upping production, it's been months. Struggling to believe suddenly loads people have come from nowhere buying all sorts of different canned dog & cat food.

@AmazonHelp hi I did the Prime 7 day free trial & cancelled my membership before renewal (signed up 22nd April, cancelled 24th April) but I seem to have just been charged £7.99 for a month's membership. Here's my confirmation email that my membership wouldn't continue

@marksandspencer I placed an order (to be delivered) which have arrived in 3 separate parcels. 2 have already been received, the third was out for delivery but I just received an email this morning saying it is now at a shop ready for click and collect, which I didn't choose?
