@scssofas waited 12 weeks for sofa with no updates. Delivered 10 days after it was meant to be delivered. Sofa arrived today, broken, lopsided and the recliner doesn’t work. To top it off, the broken recliner mechanism has cut through our flooring causing significant damage.
