Loved going to @SHPE National Convention! Grad track was amazing, especially competing in the 3 Minute Thesis competition. I’m already excited to see everyone again soon 😎
Several members of our team are presenting @ECSorg 242nd annual meeting in Atlanta!
Bright and early tomorrow morning at 8 am, @KianaAmini6 is sharing experimental and theory results on a strategy to mix redox actives to boost RFB energy density.

Fresh @TheAzizLab work from the amazing @KianaAmini6 and I. We demo an extremely cheap way to extend the voltage range of a battery cycler to negative voltages. Useful for anyone in battery world running symmetric cells, reversed polarity. Save that $$$

Fun day with the team getting ready for the annual students/postdocs vs. faculty/alumni softball game!! Watch out profs - the “Young Moduli” are back and better than ever ⚾️😎
Had a great afternoon going over some math with @KianaAmini6 , especially when some random test calculations we did resulted in my favorite WWE Superstar’s move #619 #math#NernstNerds
The "zombie quinone" story continues in @NatureChemistry! This began as group meeting speculation... ultimately brought to fruition thanks to relentless experiments by Prof. Marc-Antoni Goulet and Dr. Yan Jing in our group, and brilliant collab with @EvanWenboZhao @GreyGroupCam!
Congratulations Dr. Martin Jin on a successful PhD thesis!! Martin designed new molecules for aqueous flow batteries and was a leader in getting electrochemically-mediated carbon capture going in our group. We will miss you, and we are so proud of you!
Had a great time at the ECS conference discussing some of my work on accurately evaluating stability of electrolyte candidates for aqueous organic redox flow batteries! Also loved discussing proper cycling protocols with some colleagues #PotentiostaticIsProper#ECS#Vancouver
We are having a great time at ECS Vancouver! #241ecs@ECSorg Looking forward to a day full of exciting discussions 🔋🧠
Check out talks by our grad students Wed & Thurs: @TheEricFell (high throughput testing & student SLAM), @JD_Sosa_ (static cell methods) and @tyg37 (crossover)
Fresh preprint from @TheAzizLab adding our perspective to the alkaline ferrocyanide stability debate. It’s stable.
Our findings differ from the work of @L2ES_Liu. Looking forward to feedback from the RFB community

Very honored to officially take over the role of lab safety officer from @TheEricFell . We are both very safe. I look forward to maintaining lab safety for the sake of science and my fellow lab mates. #safe#science
