@BestBuy customer service still refuses to refund my mother for the laptop that never arrived. I've called 8 times and have been on the phone for an hour each time - it's been nearly a month.
@Roadie It took you 11 days to return a customer service call but we did get on the phone with someone today who was able to determine that the laptop was not delivered.
@BestBuy used a delivery service called @Roadie to allegedly deliver a laptop to my mother. It never arrived and there is no proof of delivery. Customer service at both companies is abysmal.
