@SteelCitySteph @uwotc_official But profit is the reason for their existence. And the best way to maximize profits is through efficiencies, which unions aren't exactly known for. So if they highlighted the fact that unionizing is a rework of the current agreement, it's factual.

@SteelCitySteph @uwotc_official It's absurd to read as a threat. It is a statement of fact. It is, in fact, the primary function of unionizing. They framed it in such a way to limit interest. After all, the point of running a company is profit, not employee empowerment. They can, and should, care about both.
