SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH.......you might want to repeat that with me (smile) SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH! It could be time to challenge the inner critic if you think it is! Remind yourself that we have to pay in so that we can draw out. And rest!
A bit of an abstract idea, but we can make it concrete. When we do our best to live up to our own values and the qualities we think are desirable our self esteem rises and it is easier to "believe in ourselves" more. You can do it ... make it real.
