I do agree youth sports have gotten out of control. But there’s upside to having ur kid grow up in a fit, athletic, goal oriented environment.

@MattWalshBlog I don’t disagree but I’m not sure parents have a choice. Ur kid gets left behind in a sport they love while others are getting close with the coaches, established programs, etc.

Also- it’s not always about college or pro ball. Lots of value aside from playing at the next level.
