Christie is testifying before the Committee on behalf of Paul Butler, then-Chair of the Democratic National Committee. Several Senators were skeptical, believing that TV would give an "underdog" candidate an undeserved advantage against an incumbent.

Prof. Sullivan taught many popular courses at @UVA and incorporated political artifacts into every class. On today's Kennedy family endorsement of Biden, @LarrySabato tells @CNN: "The Kennedy family is making a very significant move, something that is uncharacteristic of [them] over many generations...They have their private disputes but they come out with a united front...It's very clear that a large majority of the prominent Kennedys who are still active in public life feel very strongly that Biden should win, but also that [RFK Jr.] represents a real threat via the Electoral College to Biden's second term."
