Beef prices are at record highs in the US , this is in part due to a huge contraction of our domestic beef supply secondary to prolonged drought and also long term poor policies.

The answer is not to just bring in more cheap beef from South America

The answer is to put policies in place to ensure we build back our domestic herd and enact policies that preferentially help our American beef producers!

We need a robust, decentralized strategic beef reserve!
