@AlaskaAir Arrived to HNL on AS121 last night, my checked bag was not on the flight. Tracker today said bag would be delivered by 4pm, it hasn’t been and tracker now says ‘delivery estimate unavailable’. This IS NOT good enough and has ruined day 1 of my holiday!

@SW_Help The gate staff memer let him through. Isn’t that clear from my first post? The staff member opened the gate after he’d tried tailgating me. The staff member was about 6ft away and witnessed it, then opened the gate for him!
