I had never experienced a flood before, and I had no idea what to expect. I am absolutely amazed by the professionalism of the Servpro Team Phillips/Smith. They didn’t just clean up the mess (which is all I thought SERVPRO did!)—they managed every detail: packing everything up, moving me out, coordinating the replacement of my carpet with Corvin's Furniture & Flooring of Lexington, moving me back in, unpacking everything, and even vacuuming before they left.

In a world where we often hear about what’s wrong, these folks reminded me of all that is right. I am forever grateful. God bless each of them! 🙏
