@VW This is not COVID anymore and stock issues are not a thing right now. Restricting me to only trade back to VW is ridiculous and then blocking it by giving an absurd payoff amount to any other dealer thus keeping me in a vehicle I would rather be out of is not a good look for @VW

@VW has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just need a third party pay off amount for my vehicle. This will be the last VW I ever own given the terrible customer service they have!

@VW @VW please go back and read my post. @VWCredit is the problem. I don’t want to say that your workers there are useless, because they are only doing what you dictate. But nothing they do is helpful. Again this is the first and last VW I will ever own!
