@DavidBegnaud @Hertz I once filed a report @Disneyland for this same issue - an employee wouldn't honor a friend's Puerto Rican ID as proof of age for a beverage, stating it wasn't a US ID. I requested the manager pull the written policy and sure enough, they had to honor the Puerto Rican ID!
