@LisaUgot Why America after Europe? These are natural questions. I can say that the American Dream ended slavery and saved the lives of 15% of the slaves from Africa. The other 85% died in death camps in Asia. That was also a blessing and perhaps the civil war is why we overcame Hitler.

@DanielDiMartino This DHS policy stems from regulations much older than this year. F-1 Visa holders have had to take 12 credit hours in-person for a very long time now. Only after the 12th hour could an additional course be online.
