@FarmrHuntr Tell you what, you send a truck to pick up all the 45Z benefits I create on the farm and all that is considered the "profit". The rest I think we better get @DOGE to take a look at.
@honor_dennis That honestly sounds pretty good right about now. I could go for the low stress of no choices on everything.
All these options don't really add anymore enjoyment to the thing.
@JerodMcDaniel The flip side I'm really starting to notice is the older generation just doesn't know how to not micromanage.
They'll work if you just let them. But if you are going to tell them what they did wrong every time they turn around, they are going to shut down on you.
@BrianWillott I'm in my 40s and realizing this. Most stuff I buy is halfway to junk. I've already apologized to my kids for the crap they're going to have to clean up in 30 years.
It was kinda fun to look through some of my grandma's collections, but you realize very quickly the burden it is
@SteveHusseyMusi We quit sending the kids to 10U because of this exact thing. You have to call the strike zone correctly and if a kid can't throw strikes they shouldn't be pitching. Better off having the coach or a machine pitch.
It does no one any good to bend the rules for pace of play.
@Rightanglenews Mine throws an emissions and fuel cap code if I fill with e15. Takes about a month and the fuel cap code disappears and another month for the emissions.
@benjaminaustic I run fiberglass posts, 2 or 3 wire high tensile and put electric to it. Doesn't really cost that much.
Spending a couple days fencing is way better than hauling feed and manure.
@bl_ag_inc Not sure about better, but I do think it would be more stable and diverse. Guys won't have gotten locked into 2 crops. Local processing for other crops may have then stayed in the area
My town used to have a butcher, creamy, feed store and pickle factory, now, nothing is left.
@TheDailyCowman If the heifers wouldnβt have dropped their calves in mud puddles, all I would of had to do was tag them. Iβm 11 for 10 so far and my boys are doing half the work on the twin we had to take off the cow. So this year has been a win so far.
@wjeffpetty This is right up there with kids pitching at that age. Nobody can hit the strike zone but the ump has to call something to keep the game moving. Teaching the kids to swing at terrible pitches.
@EthanSmidt32@corn_porkNbeans How many combine because they canβt field a decent sports team vs providing a quality education vs financial issues?
No real data here, just some observations, but it seems like my area focuses on fielding a sports team.
