159 days ago I had my first heart attack. Today as part of my recovery I did a virtual 5K. Soon I will do a virtual 10K and then I hope to return to in person road racing with the goal of doing the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. @clevemarathon @lakeeriecollege

I am 71 years old and I have two lungs full of asthma. Breathing is a challenge sometimes without my rescue inhaler. So this morning I did a five mile turkey trot and finished dead last and I am okay with that. @lakeeriecollege @LakeErieStorm

@BeschlossDC Was taking a 6th grade math exam when our principal told us the news over the PA system through a trembling voice and probably lots of tears. Went home early with tears in my eyes. Been crying every time ever since on this day when I think of what we lost.

@FitbitSupport My Fitbit is not charging properly. Right now it shows that it is 54% charged. It a lot more than that when I had it charged for over twenty minutes. On top of that it shows that I have only 700+ steps. Before I put it on the charger I had over 2000 steps. Help me
