@drewculbertson2@BurnTheLadders But I do think a more sedentary lifestyle can lead to insufficient preparation of tendons, ligaments, muscle and bone as that’s just physiology. I can’t prove this but I could also say that many sports are played with a lot more freedom of movement and pace leading to more inj.
@drewculbertson2@BurnTheLadders I hear you and know your situation and I played sports, rode my bike etc. too as a kid and still tore my ACL . Not saying that is only cause there can be genetic predisposition or sometimes bad luck.
@pbasilstrength Almost feel like BL feeds unilateral, with BL allowing for higher loads an athlete can fill the strength bucket then proceed to unilateral movements for more sport specific biomechanical loading
They help each other
When female athletes can consistently move at least 1.25x their BW or more with control, confidence, and quality movement, the risk of lower extremity injuries drops significantly.
@CheckAnfro@lllandoo@TheNBACentel I agree, Bronny was the 55th pick in the draft. Risacher and Sarr were 1 and 2
I feel bad for Bronny, don’t know what kind of player he is. Not enough time to develop but he may come out okay if he can improve and not lose confidence.
@lllandoo@TheNBACentel Maybe that was the goal though I don’t know
McClung
-similar ranking to James in hs
-college he’s much more successful than James even his freshman year
-not had a shot in the pros
-I’m fine with that but we know Bronny is not there based on merit or even potential at this point
