Our family had a great dinner at Miriam last night - a restaurant in Park Slope that was recently vandalized because its owner is Israeli. The despicable graffiti is part of a disturbing spike in antisemitic incidents in New York and beyond. If you’re able, show your support for the Miriam team by stopping in. Sit down for a meal - and stand up against hatred.
Our CM @ShahanaFromBK sends us a mailer stating that she’s “fighting the Trump agenda”. She literally spent 10 months supporting the opt out/uncommitted movement in MI & PA which helped get Trump elected. Stop gaslighting us. #FakeDem

.@ShahanaFromBK You seriously misrep the “goal” of Congestion Pricing. As the name suggests, it is to dis-incentivize congestion in the downtown core. Rather than exemptions that undermine the goal, find ways to assist that support it (eg fewer auto trips with higher fares).
BREAKING: I penned & sent a letter to the Traffic Mobility Review Board that 25 city & state elected officials signed on calling for an exemption for taxi & for-hire vehicle drivers from the new congestion pricing toll. @NYTWA@JuliaCarmel__@ShahanaFromBK https://t.co/mqXCZkYOQg
