Our latest work is out in @MolTherapy! We present ARI0003, dual-targeting CD19/BCMA CAR-T cells for lymphoma. We performed an exhaustive characterization of strategies to generate dual CAR-T cells. This CAR-T therapy is now under clinical investigation.
