[105 YEARS' IMPRISONMENT FOR A RAPIST AND MURDERER]
22 year old murderer and rapist, Simphiwe Xolani Mkhwanazi, has been sentenced to two life terms and an additional 105 years' imprisonment by the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court sitting in Breyten.
Mkhwanazi was convicted on ten charges, including two counts of kidnapping, four counts of rape, murder, two counts of robbery with aggravating circumstances, and defeating the administration of justice. The offences were committed between July 2021 and August 2023 in the Amersfoort and Daggakraal areas.
The court heard that Mkhwanazi targeted vulnerable women, often late at night as they returned home from taverns. Armed with a knife, he would threaten his victims, force them into secluded areas, rape them, and rob them of their belongings, including cellphones, cash, and clothing. Two victims were kidnapped, one was murdered and buried in a shallow grave, and another was raped in the presence of her family members.
On 31 July 2021, a victim was walking home from a party in the China 1 Section of Amersfoort when she was approached by the accused, who was armed with a knife. He dragged her to nearby rocks, raped her, and robbed her of her sneakers valued at R1 500, a cellphone, and cash.
A week later, on 7 August 2021, Mkhwanazi entered a complainant's home armed with a knife. He ordered the occupants to cover themselves with a blanket before taking a young woman from the room. He forced her to kneel and raped her in the presence of her family members. He then demanded cellphones and cash before fleeing the scene.
On 10 June 2023, another victim was walking home from a tavern when Mkhwanazi and an unidentified accomplice accosted her at knifepoint. She was dragged to an abandoned house, raped, and robbed of her cellphone. Although she did not know her attacker, she immediately reported the incident to the police.
In August 2023, Ellen Dlamini was socialising with other patrons at Etshanini Tavern in Daggakraal when she was approached by the accused. She was never seen alive again. Her family reported her missing, and three days later, her body was discovered buried in a shallow grave.
During the investigation, police found Mkhwanazi asleep with blood-stained clothing next to him. DNA analysis conducted on the clothing matched that of the deceased. Buccal samples were also collected from the accused and subsequently linked him to the other offences.
During the trial, Mkhwanazi initially pleaded guilty and claimed that the sexual encounters were consensual, alleging that he had romantic relationships with the victims and that the deceased had been involved with his father. He later changed his plea to not guilty, compelling the State to prove its case.
Senior State Advocate Themba Lusenga led evidence from the victims, eyewitnesses, and other witnesses whose testimony overwhelmingly implicated the accused. Their evidence was corroborated by DNA analysis linking Mkhwanazi to all the offences. Advocate Lusenga also presented the post-mortem report, which revealed that the deceased had sustained multiple bruises to her face, neck, and forehead.
Victim Impact Statements compiled by the victims and facilitated by Court Preparation Officer Confidence Ntlemo were presented to the court. The statements detailed the profound emotional and psychological trauma suffered by the victims.
The court sentenced Mkhwanazi as follows Five years' imprisonment for each count of kidnapping; Twenty years' imprisonment for one count of rape; Fifteen years' imprisonment for each of two counts of rape; Life imprisonment for a further count of rape; Life imprisonment for murder; Five years' imprisonment for defeating the administration of justice; and Twenty years' imprisonment for each count of robbery with aggravating circumstances.

Thank Mbeki and his crew need to tell South Africans 🇿🇦 WHY they shut down nursing and teacher colleges, AND factories which used to upskill and employ citizens across country!!
Now its their citizens fault that they lack skills and they are unemployed😴💔
A company allegedly billed the Ekurhuleni metro R483m using ghost workers and wildly inflated invoices… including the city's executives’ kids who were paid as engineers. 'I’ve never seen such looting in my life,' says one executive. https://t.co/2bGCdkBrQz
No, Mr. President. The 2020 election that you lost was not "rigged" or "dirty," handing out $1.776 billion to violent insurrectionists is not a "good idea" & reporters who ask questions about your bogus claims are not "crooked."
You are a president, not a dictator. Act like it.
UK Police slam a White boy onto the ground, choke him & tell him to stop being a bitch after HE was just attacked.
Poor kid was hysterical & just kept asking what he had done wrong.
There is something very wrong with the UK & their Police force.
White Kids are not safe from foreign criminals or Police. When they are harmed the Police just traumatise them further.
Police are supposed to serve & Protect the community not terrorise them.
Yesterday at Cartrack's head office in Rosebank, a woman named Gcina Dhladhla passed away after reportedly informing management last week that she was unwell. Instead of being supported, she was issued with a warning for being absent from work and was called into meetings regarding her attendance.
On Friday morning, Gcina went to work after being threatened with dismissal if she did not report for duty. At around 8:30am, she went to the bathroom. After being inside for an unusually long time, her team leader went to check on her. When there was no response, security was called to open the door.
Gcina was found unconscious on the bathroom floor. She had removed her clothing because she was feeling extremely hot. She remained on the floor for a prolonged period while assistance was being arranged. CPR was attempted by individuals who were not trained first aid responders, and it was only later realised that an ambulance had not yet been called.
Supervisors managed the situation, A manager went to Netcare in person to request an ambulance. By this stage, Gcina's body had become cold, her hands and feet had turned purple, and she had begun bleeding from the nose.
An ambulance only arrived after 11:00am, following intervention from her family, who instructed the company to call emergency services. When paramedics arrived, Gcina had already passed away. Employees from the Debtors Department were then instructed to vacate the building.
Gcina had previously complained about the way she was treated by team leaders. Her family, colleagues and the public deserve answers about the circumstances surrounding her death.
Gauteng police management has identified the officer seen in the alleged R2 000 bribery video, and immediate disciplinary processes have reportedly been instituted.
What raises more questions is the conduct after the money was allegedly received. If the intention was simply to take the bribe and leave, why did they remain at the scene?
The incident has sparked public debate about corruption, accountability, and professionalism within law enforcement.
Another innocent farmer brutally murdered in South Africa. On 24 October 2017, 47-year-old Joubert Conradie, a hardworking wine farmer on Uitkyk Farm in Klapmuts near Stellenbosch, was gunned down in his own home.
In the early hours, just before 1:00 am, Joubert heard a noise in his residence and went to investigate. He was immediately attacked and shot multiple times by unknown suspects who then fled the scene empty-handed. NOTHING WAS STOLEN. Joubert was rushed to Stellenbosch Mediclinic where he underwent emergency surgery but succumbed to his severe gunshot wounds.
This dedicated father and husband leaves behind his wife Marlene and their two children, including 15-year-old son Hannes. Another life senselessly erased in the ongoing slaughter of White farmers that the ANC government refuses to acknowledge or stop.
How many more White farmers must die before the world wakes up to these farm attacks?
Protest images from the aftermath showing the family's grief and community response.
23 year old Sudanese migrant Abubaker Mohamad Awad, stabbed 19 year old Tommie Lindhn to death in his own apartment in Härnösand, Sweden after Lindhn tried to stop Awad from raping a Swedish girl at knife point.
After killing Tommie, Awad continued to rape the young girl next to Tommies dead body.
The Sudanese migrant had already previously been convicted of several crimes, including sexual harassment, drug offences & shoplifting.
Had he been deported, Tommie would still be alive.
The media painted Tommie as Far Right, implied he was racist & that his life didn’t matter.
Tommie’s life DID Matter, all White Lives Matter.
Tommie Lindhn was a HERO
R.I.P Tommie 🤍🕊️
There is no justice without completely overhauling the broken system in the West & without Remigration.
Locking up violent foreign criminals AFTER they kill does not stop the next innocent person from losing their life.
No justice, no peace.
Another innocent farmer brutally murdered in her own bed in South Africa. On 28 October 2017, 52-year-old Sharon Bester, a hardworking tomato farmer on Zout van de Aarde farm in the Albertinia area of the Western Cape, was found dead in her bed by a worker who came to care for her dogs.
Sharon lived alone on the farm and was strangled to death. Initially, her death was thought to be from a stroke, but the autopsy report revealed the horrifying truth; she had been murdered by strangulation. A 20-year-old worker on her farm, Johannes Bangiso, was arrested after being seen driving her Land Rover. He was also found with her laptop and tablet. He was later sentenced to 22 years for the murder.
This dedicated farmer's life was cruelly taken in her most vulnerable moment, with nothing but betrayal from someone she employed. The ANC government continues to ignore and downplay these farm attacks on White farmers while our people are slaughtered on their own land.
