I would agree that in the beginning $USDT was very shady, however, they have cleared that up. The NYAG is incredibly anti-crypto (as every politician is NY is anti-freedom).

There is two ways to provide assurance for investments held; confirmations or obtaining statements.

As J&J pointed out earlier $BTC had a daily cross on the MACD and Vortex indicators indicating a possible bottom. Now we'd wait for a cross over on the Directional movement indicator on the daily.
