They don't have a conflict of interest (like the others who get paid a commission) and they have a legal obligation to act in your best interest.

@AnnieReporter You might be interested. Big gap in SAVE. Students in school do not qualify bc are not allowed to enter "repayment" until they are out of school. Thus forced - balances to grow until grad. Also if they decide to make pmts while in school they don't count towards forgiveness.

@Jolz_Aust That is correct. However given that the Church cannot teach error then (in case of direct contradiction) it is the conscience that is in error. Our job is to follow humbly and seek understanding. But if we believe that we "know better" then its an issue with pride not relativism.

So today I tried calling in. This time they said it expired yesterday and no extentions. I said I tried to use it yesterday but it wouldn't work. Then they said it expired 8/31 and that the email was wrong. I was on hold for over 30mins waiting for supervisor then disconnected.

@FrontierCare I have been trying to use my travel credit from Covid for over 4 hrs and have been on chat for over 2.5 hrs. First rep said my credit expired on 8/31 (I then copied him my email) second rep saying it expires at 2am on expiration date??? This is very frustrating.

I have now been ghosted by the supervisor. That above reference to 2am was the last message I received. I replied back and it has since been over 45mins waiting for a response. I need to go to bed, so frustrating.
