The Widow to the Late (RTD) Major General Joseph Kasaine Ole Nkaissery, Mama Hellen Pilale Nkaissery, has today presented to me a copy of a memoir authored by her titled “THE GENERAL and I”.

The book captures her life times with the Late Major General Nkassery, until his demise in 2017, then while serving as the Cabinet Secretary for Internal Security and Coordination of National Government.

I congratulate Mrs. Hellen Nkaissery for penning down such a memoir that sparks a memory of discipline, order and respect in the minds of many as it traces both the legacy of the Late Nkaissery not only as a statesman but also a celebrated family man.
