A scheme introduced nearly a decade after the implementation of MGNREGA is now witnessing the process of regularisation of its employees, while those who have served under NREGA for nearly two decades are still waiting for recognition, dignity, job security, and justice

[JK VB G RAM G ENGINEERS (RDD) @JKVBGRAMGENG]

It is with profound grief and sorrow that we mourn the untimely demise of Shri Yassir Hussain, MIS Operator, Rural Development Department, who passed away last night.

This unfortunate incident also highlights the difficult condition of MGNREGA with absence of any ex-gratia

[JK VB G RAM G ENGINEERS (RDD) @JKVBGRAMGENG]

We implement MGNREGA on ground for 18 years.
No allowances. No Salary hikes. No Job Policy. No Career progression
Our hands build rural India, but our own lives stay stuck.

Indeed, Empowered Panchayats are the backbone of inclusive development and meaningful public participation. Let us continue strengthening local governance for a brighter and self-reliant future.

Deeply pained by the news of the tragic bus accident in Udhampur's Ramnagar.

Praying for those who lost their lives and hoping for the speedy recovery of injured!

Sometimes we feel disheartened by the wages we are receiving after serving more than 18 years in RDD Department.
Hon’able Minister @JavedDar_NC Sir and Worthy Secretary @AsadamAijaz listen to our plight. You are our hope. Prove your legacy.

Hon’able @OfficeofSSC @JavedDar_NC Sir It takes nothing but goodwill to ensure justice to MgNregaEmployees. The process demands intent, not resources or complexapprovals.Chairs anddesignations will change with time, but the actions taken while holding those chairs will be remembered

"As the sunset of our careers approaches, MGNREGA staff face a darkening horizon – no pension, no gratuity, no security. Our lifelong dedication to Rural Development has yielded nothing for own future. Would we be left to beg for what’s rightfully ours, or will justice prevail#

[Chidanand Kashyap Bhartiya @chidanandkashy1]

The government is kindly requested to regularize MNREGA personnel who have been working for the past eighteen years, along with proper pay scales.
